Thorpe Estate and Constantine House in the press!

Lloyds Bank’s PR team featured Thorpe Estate in their press release earlier this month, highlighting how they supported the development of Constantine House.

Thanks to a £2 million funding package from Lloyds Bank’s ‘Clean Growth Financing Initiative’, work began in 2022 on converting this historic building into a sustainable guest accommodation. Restored to its original layout with new double-glazed sash windows, floor and roof insulation, and LED lighting, Constantine House is now highly energy efficient, with heating and hot water provided by our very own on-site renewable energy plant.
