Join our team at Constantine House

Constantine House is a boutique accommodation featuring 21 en-suite bedrooms and a huge lounge / dining area with spectacular views over the countryside. The property is located here at the heart of Thorpe Estate, Tamworth, Staffordshire, and has been stewarded by the same family for almost 400 years. The house opened in March 2023 following a £2m renovation and has welcomed over 5000 guests during that time.

Due to the increase in bookings, we are growing our team and are seeking new friendly faces to join us at Constantine House on a casual basis.

Key Duties

Working alongside our hospitality team, you will support the Front of House and the Supervisor with the day to day running of the property.
Daily service of breakfast and beverages for up to 42 guests, interacting with guests and being an outstanding host throughout their stay.
Ensure the overall upkeep of the property by keeping the place clean and tidy and reporting issues to the housekeeping, maintenance and ground keeping teams.

Personal Attributes

Have a warm and friendly manner.
Be able to work well as part of a small friendly team.
Due to the location, hold a current valid driving license and vehicle, or have access to transport.
Be passionate about delivering a quality hospitality experience.

Experience

Only those with hospitality experience will be considered. What is most important is you share our values and a passion to deliver exceptional service to each and every guest. A high standard of etiquette will be expected while interacting with guests in person.
