We are seeking new welcoming faces to join our small and friendly team at Constantine House.
Constantine House is a boutique accommodation featuring 21 en-suite bedrooms and a huge lounge / dining area with spectacular views over the countryside. The property is located at the heart of Thorpe Estate, a 3000 acre private Estate in Tamworth, Staffordshire, which has been stewarded by the same family for almost 400 years. The house opened in March 2023 following a £2m renovation and has welcomed over 4,500 guests during that time.
Due to an increase in bookings for 2024, we are now looking for another Front of House to join our lovely team. Here’s what you can expect:
Key Duties:
Working alongside our hospitality team, you will provide support to the general manager and onsite team, with the overall day to day smooth running of the property
Managing the guest experience including pre-arrival communications, check-in and departures
Managing the the daily service of breakfast and beverages, interacting with guests and be a good host throughout their stay
Support the Manager and in the day to day operation of the business
Ensure the overall upkeep of the property through keeping the place clean and tidy and reporting issues to the housekeeping, maintenance and groundskeeping teams
Personal Attributes:
Have a warm and friendly manner
Able to work well as part of small friendly team
Due to the location, hold a current valid driving license and vehicle, or access to transport
Be passionate about delivering a quality hospitality experience
Experience:
All levels of hospitality experience will be considered. What is most important is you share our values and a passion to deliver exceptional service to each and every guest. A high standard of etiquette will be expected while interacting with guests in person, on email and over the phone. You will be organised, computer literate and able to navigate spreadsheets and online calendars. You will be part of a diverse team and learn about the management and operation of a historic privately owned Estate.
Salary: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
